Free Shipping Eligibility

• Free standard shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may have additional shipping charges
• No minimum purchase required — all wheel orders ship free

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
• Orders placed before 2 PM EST Mon-Fri ship same day (when in stock)
• Custom/special order wheels may require additional processing time
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Packaging

We take extra care to ensure your wheels arrive safely:

• Each wheel is individually wrapped in protective material
• Wheels are shipped in sturdy boxes designed for wheel transport
• Professional packaging to prevent damage during transit
• Signature required on delivery for added security

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
2. Link to track your package in real-time
3. Estimated delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United States
• Wheels cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
• Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
• International shipping not available at this time

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

2. Provide photos of any damage to the packaging and wheels
3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
